Video Showcase of Viducate

The Viducate project

The Viducate network is about promoting video education in formal and informal education. The main ideas are based on a reflected use of video to support creativity, intercultural learning and active citizenship. The network consists of experts from universities, teacher training institutions, media institutions and ministries of education.

Viducate offers online and face to face training supporting educators in their first or further steps to develop their expertise using video as an educational tool. Printed and online material as well as a best practice video gallery illustrate the main ideas of the network.

The European network was established in 2009 with the support of the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Commission and is coordinated by the institution Kulturring in Berlin.
